Sarah Richardson

My daughter in law found this house and Sarah showed it to them on Sat. My daughter in law called me that afternoon and asked if I would come down and look at it. I came down that night and Sarah showed us the property again the next day. After looking at the property we told Sarah we would go back home and talk it over and we decided we wanted to make an offer. We contacted Sarah and told her what we wanted to offer and we were trusting her to help us make offers that were good for us but would not alienate the buyer. Sarah got us thru this process fairly quickly.

Next Sarah brought the contract to our home and went over the contract detail by detail. When she finished I looked at her and said: Wow, I am impressed and I was. She also gave us names of people she recommended we use such as home inspector, lawyer, etc. and actually had these people contact us. By the way, all of these recommendations turned out to people who are superb at what they do. So Sarah not only knows her properties but has a wealth of contacts to aid in closing and was hands on from thee time we signed the contract until we signed the papers at the closing.
