We had previous experience with Mr. Lozada which was very positive. His detailed knowledge of the area was invaluable. Mr. Lozada provided excellent support throughout the whole process. He guided us each step of the way, clearly explaining the alternatives.

As a first step he spent extended time to understand in detail what we were looking for in buying a vacation home. We then visited more than a dozen homes in a short period of time. In each case he described in detail the pluses and minuses. His organized approach allowed us to maximize use of our limited time.

After we chose a home he continued supporting us through the closing process. He supported obtaining insurance, transfer of utilities and final details between us and owner. One of the last steps is the final walk thru. Unfortunately we were unable to attend. Mr. Lozada stepped up and handled this for us providing a detailed report with extensive photographs.

To sum it up we were very pleased throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Mr. Lozada.
